Specialized Bicycles Tariffs
Class Action Investigation

The United States Supreme Court recently held that tariffs companies have been charging since 2025 are unlawful. Specialized Bicycles informed retailers that it will list a 10% additional tariff surcharge on a separate line item on invoices for the new Turbo Levo 4 e-MTBs (Motorized Bikes) ordered after May 1, 2025. If you purchased a new Turbo Levo 4 e-MTB and were charged tariffs, you may have a valid claim for a refund of Tariffs and Tariff-related fees assessed by Specialized, and qualify to serve as a class action plaintiff.
