Since his admission to the California Bar, Mr. Byron has represented individuals and businesses in a number of contexts, including in consumer protection, breach of contract, professional negligence, and construction defect actions.

 

Mr. Byron’s primary interest is in public interest work. During law school, he worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Allen H. Sumner at the Sacramento County Superior Court, the State Water Resources Control Board’s Office of Enforcement, and the California Attorney General’s Health, Education, and Welfare Division.
