Since his admission to the California State Bar in May 2025, Mr. Sachs has conducted several jury trials and dozens of motions while serving as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Riverside. In 2025 he returned to his hometown of San Diego to join Fitzgerald Monroe Flynn PC. Mr. Sachs is a passionate advocate and driven attorney, who always works hard to find a solution to a problem, and who is excited to help find justice for consumers.

 

While in law school in Washington, D.C., Mr. Sachs worked in Family Law, assisting with complex divorce and custody disputes, and also spent time as an intern with the Federal Communications Commission and the D.C. Superior Court. He earned his Law Degree from the George Washington University Law School, where he was the Notes Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
