Allison Ferraro | Associate

Before joining Fitzgerald Monroe Flynn PC, Ms. Ferraro was an Associate at a prominent San Francisco law firm where she provided education, employment, and labor law expertise to public agency clients. She also spent time as a law clerk with the San Francisco City Attorney’s office where she conducted legal research and writing on a variety of assignments regarding employment and labor issues.

Ms. Ferraro has a passion for social justice. During law school, she worked as a legal intern for People in Need, a human rights NGO in Prague, Czech Republic. And before law school, she worked as a mental health counselor at an inpatient psychiatric facility, a case manager for homeless individuals transitioning from jail back into society, and a legislative aide and director of constituent services for an Assemblyman in her home state of New Jersey.
