Premium Bicycles Manufacturers Tariffs
Class Action Investigation
The United States Supreme Court recently held that tariffs companies have been charging since 2025 are unlawful. If you purchased premium bicycles from Huffy Bicycle Corp., Haro Bicycle Corp., Kona Bicycle Co. and Ibis Cycles, Inc. or other high-end bicycle manufacturer and were charged tariffs, you may have a valid claim for a refund of Tariffs and Tariff-related fees assessed by these high-end bicycle manufacturers, and qualify to serve as a class action plaintiff.
