Peter Grazul | Associate
Mr. Grazul has years of personal and professional experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Monroe Flynn PC, Mr. Grazul worked as outside counsel for several blockchain-based companies, development projects, and protocols, focusing on corporate law and complex securities-related matters. In addition, Mr. Grazul was a licensed insurance broker at Lockton Companies where he handled the management liability insurance portfolios of multiple clients in the digital asset space. He was a featured panelist at The PEER 150 PDXYZ Summit in 2023, where he spoke about Crypto in the Workplace. While in law school, Mr. Grazul participated in legal internships with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation's Department of Enforcement for Securities Litigation, and with CoinStructive, where he was a Blockchain Fraud Analyst. He is motivated to address and remedy instances of fraud and misrepresentation in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaces in order to help ensure investor protection and provide investor relief in such instances where applicable.
